Yousaf Ali Chaudhry
Founder & Managing Director
A chartered accountant by profession and an entrepreneur by instinct, Yousaf Ali Chaudhry founded the firm in 1973. Widely regarded as a mentor’s mentor, he has trained generations of tax practitioners and accountants who now hold leadership roles across industry. His client-first philosophy, uncompromising ethics, and eye for practical solutions remain the firm’s guiding principles. Today, he continues to cultivate long-standing client relationships and personally oversees every major strategic decision.
Dr. Farrukh Sheikh
Director
PhD economist and corporate transaction specialist. Previously served as CFO of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital at its inception and worked as Director of Transactions at Ernst & Young, before joining Yousaf Islam. He now drives our research-based advisory and management-consulting mandates. He has closed over USD 1 billion in corporate deals, bringing big-four rigor to every engagement. Dr. Farrukh also leads the firm’s think-tank, offering insights on M&A trends and economic policy.
M. Iqbal Hashmi

Advocate of the Supreme Court and one of Pakistan’s most senior tax litigators, steering high-stakes cases since the 1970s. His courtroom victories have set precedents that guide tax jurisprudence nationwide. He mentors the litigation team, instilling courtroom discipline and strategic thinking in each new associate.

Barrister Muhammad Abubakar
